INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES AND TERMS:

1. ALL TERMS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

2. CUSTOMS / BROKERAGE FEES / TAXES: Please note that most countries will charge you a Customs or Brokerage Fee / Tax. We have no control over whether they do or do not charge this fee / tax. We do not receive any of this money and we have no idea what the amount will be. Please contact your local Customs / Brokerage Agency in your country. Those are fees are collected by your government for importing goods into your country. If you ship something back to us for a size exchange, or a Store Credit, etc. you are responsible for shipping it back to us or our supplier at your expense including any Return Brokerage / Customs Fees / Taxes that may be charged. Again, this varies and the amounts of these fees vary and we have no way of knowing how much they will be and we do not get any of this money, these are Customs / Government fees.

3. REFUSED ORDERS: If you refuse a shipment that you ordered because you do not like the Customs / Brokerage Fees that your country charges you, you understand that you will be responsible for paying for the Return Shipping, the Restocking Fee and the Shipping and Handling we paid to ship the merchandise to you. Again, this is not money WE are making, this is money charged to us by the various shipping agencies such as UPS, Fedex or the US Postal Service.

4. SUPPLIERS OR DIRECT SHIP: Some items we ship directly from our Panama City Florida store, but many will be shipped by various suppliers and warehouses in various places throughout America.

5. PROCESSING TIME: Some items can be processed and shipped to you quicker than others. If our supplier ships internationally, then your order will ship in 1-3 business days. However, if any item in your order is from a supplier who does NOT ship internationally, it will delay processing time of your order up to about 21 days, as they will have to first ship to us, and in turn we will have to ship out to you, sometimes repackaging your order (if there are multiple items in your order.

6. ITALY: We can NOT ship any leather goods to Italy. This is not our policy, it is the policy of the Italian government. They will NOT allow import of leather goods. We can not ship leather goods to you because a couple of things can happen. If your Customs Agency opens the box to inspect your order (as they sometimes do), and they discover leather items in your package, they can confiscate them. This means that they will KEEP your merchandise. Then they can ban our company from shipping anything else to Italy and we will not do that. We CAN ship most motorcycle helmets to Italy, as long as they are not the leather covered ones. If you do not like this policy, work to change the policies of the Italian government.

7. SHIPPING CHARGES: To see what it will cost to ship your order to you, place the item(s) you wish to purchase into the Shopping Cart. On that page there is a link, Estimate Shipping. Click that link and put in your country name and postal code and there will be a dropdown box showing what the shipping charge is. Please note that if you choose something like a Priority Mail DVD box and you are ordering a leather vest or chaps or jacket or helmet, you clearly know that those items will not fit in a tiny box. So, the only choices we will accept are Priority Mail International, Express Mail International or UPS Standard. We can not ship your order to you if you choose a shipping method / box size that is not big enough to safely ship your order to you in. Shipping and handling charges you paid may vary from what you see on the package. This is because we have to pay for shipping, handling, packaging fees, etc. to our suppliers for shipping to our store first before we ship to you. Your charge also includes a handling fee for shipment. These are not refundable under any circumstances, as you agreed on the shipping and handling price before you paid for your order.

  • ALL SHOES AND BOOTS (MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR STORE FIRST, THEN SHIPPED TO YOU)
  • ALL DAYTONA HELMETS HELMETS (MUST BE SHIPPED TO OUR STORE FIRST, THEN SHIPPED TO YOU)
  • ANY ITEMS WITH SKU NUMBERS BEGINNING WITH SH OR ML OR AL CANNOT BE SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO YOU, IT MUST BE SHIPPED TO US FIRST, THEN SHIPPED TO YOU.
  • IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT A PARTICULAR ITEM AND WHETHER IT CAN BE SHIPPED TO YOUR COUNTRY, PLEASE EMAIL US AT [email protected] AND GIVE US THE SKU NUMBER, SIZE AND YOUR COUNTRY AND POSTAL CODE AND WE WILL REPLY WITH THE INFORMATION FOR YOU.

  • YOU MAY SEND US A MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK BUT IT MUST BE IN US DOLLARS AND ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL PAYMENT CLEARS.
  • YOU MAY PAY VIA WESTERN UNION AS WELL.
