WHICH SHIPPING METHOD SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We have both UPS and USPS (Post Office) Real Time Rates for you to choose from. Depending on supplier, warehouse, etc. some packages will be shipped via Fedex.
You may choose FREE SHIPPING only when shipping to the lower 48 States of America. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, a Military AE, AO or a U.S. territory, you may not choose free shipping.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: You may choose an EXPEDITED SHIPPING method such as 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air, Express Mail, or Priority Mail. Please note that some of our suppliers will not ship via the Post Office, so we will choose a similar or equivalent shipping method based on what you paid for. We are not responsible for shipper delays that may result from bad weather, strikes, wrong routing of your package, etc. This is out of our control, all we can do is ship it, what happens after that is the responsibility of the shipper (UPS, Fedex, or the USPS).
HANDLING / PROCESSING TIME: Most orders will ship out in 1-3 business days. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. For shoes and boots, the boots factory will expedite your order IF you pay for expedited shipping as in UPS 3 Day or UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day Air. IF you choose FREE or GROUND shipping, your order will be shipped out in the order it was received. Expedited shipping orders go to the head of the line and are shipped same day or next business day.
PROCESSING time is time BEFORE your order is shipped. If we are extremely busy, it may take three business days for your order to be processed. Sometimes your order will ship the same day if placed early enough AND if it's not a super busy day.
AFTER your order is shipped, it then takes anywhere from 1-5 BUSINESS days for your order to reach you depending on where you live and where your order is shipped from. PLEASE NOTE that 95% of the boots and shoes on our website come straight from the footwear factory which is located on the west coast.
We will ship Signature Required for items over a certain amount of value. This is due to having things coming up missing whether stolen from a front porch or delivered to the wrong address, etc. You may choose to pay the $6.99 Signature Required service for any order. Especially a good idea if you live in an apartment building or a condo where it's easy for someone to take your package when you are not home.
Please note that not all products can be shipped via the US Post Office (USPS). See below for exceptions.
BOOTS AND SHOES:
You must choose a UPS shipping method. Do not choose a USPS (Post Office) method as the footwear factory will NOT ship via the Post Office.

These will NOT be shipped via the US Postal Service, so you must choose a UPS shipping method.
See our International Shipping Policies here. Do NOT choose the FREE SHIPPING method as this is for shipments to America (lower 48 states only). We cannot ship your order via our Free Shipping offer. Boots and shoes will not be shipped from the factory any longer. They will first be shipped to our local store then we will ship them to you. This causes a delay in shipping to you of about 7-10 business days. Boots and shoes going to international destinations will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International ONLY. If you choose the cheap USPS shipping methods, your order will NOT be shipped. Only USPS Express Mail International or Priority Mail International offers tracking numbers. This is for your safety as well as ours.
USPS SHIPPING METHODS:
Please realize that we cannot have a heavy leather jacket, chaps, vest or boots shipped via the USPS Media Mail or in a flat rate envelope or a small or medium flat rate box. You will need to choose USPS Priority Mail or a Large
SHIPPERS WE USE:
Normally 1-5 BUSINESS days to process order BEFORE shipment.
Many of our items are shipped by various suppliers and manufacturers, so the shipping times may vary.
September through December are VERY busy times for us and our suppliers.
Expect delays, so order early and use EXPEDITED shipping if your order is urgent.
MOST orders during these holidays will ship out in 2-8 BUSINESS days, but most of the time it is closer to 2-3 days.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
UPS 3 Day Select takes 3 BUSINESS days AFTER order is processed. Expedited orders take priority over GROUND shipments, however, orders take 1-3 BUSINESS days to process, then your order will be shipped out by the expedited shipping method you chose.
UPS 2nd Day Air takes 2 BUSINESS days AFTER order is processed.
UPS Next Day Air takes 1 BUSINESS day AFTER order is processed.

- WHEN YOU RETURN ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE ITEM(S) BACK AT YOUR EXPENSE. IN MOST CASES WE LOSE MONEY ON THE FLAT RATE SHIPPING FEE, SO WE CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE AGAIN WHEN YOU EXCHANGE SOMETHING, THIS IS WHY YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS FOR AN EXCHANGE.
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NEVER REFUNDED. WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS CAUSED BY UPS, FEDEX OR THE US POST OFFICE OR INTERNATIONAL COURIERS. SOMETIMES DELAYS CAN HAPPEN DUE TO SHIPPER ROUTING TO THE WRONG LOCATION OR BAD WEATHER, ETC.

MOST orders to Canada are shipped via UPS.
International orders OUTSIDE of the USA and Canada are shipped via USPS Express Mail International. We no longer ship via Airmail Parcel Post as there is no tracking number for that service and too many orders got "misplaced". Express Mail International gives us a tracking number and so far we have not had any orders come up missing. The tracking number protects BOTH us and our valued customers.
International orders, allow extra time! Many of our suppliers do not ship internationally, so they must first ship to OUR offices, then we will ship via the USPS Express Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping and handling charges you paid may vary from what you see on the package. This is because we have to pay for shipping, handling, packaging fees, etc. to our suppliers for shipping to our store first before we ship to you. Your charge also includes a handling fee for shipment. These are not refundable under any circumstances, as you agreed on the shipping and handling price before you paid for your order.
BOOTS and SHOES - The boots and shoes factory no longer ships to Canada or anywhere except for the USA. You may still order any of our boots and shoes, however, please note that your order will be delayed in shipping by about 5-7 BUSINESS days because the factory will first ship to our office and in turn we will then ship to you. We are sorry for the inconvenience, however, this is beyond our control.
Customs and/or Duties Taxes may or may not be charged when you import items into your country. We have no way to know when or even if your country will impose a duties or customs tax for items that you purchase from outside of your country. If you are charged a duties tax, it is your responsibility to pay it. We do not receive any of this money, it goes to YOUR government. If you decide that you do not want your order because you do not want to pay this customs or duties tax, the customs agency may or may not return your order to us. If they return it to us, the shipper will DOUBLE charge us the shipping fee because they have to send it back to us. YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND MAY OWE US MONEY DEPENDING ON HOW MUCH THE SHIPPING IS VERSUS THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED. If your Customs Agency does NOT send your order back to us, then you also WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND because we will not get our merchandise back.
It is up to you, the consumer, to find out the customs and duties fees for your country before you make a purchase. It will be a costly mistake if you then decide you do not want to pay it. Again, you will NOT receive any refunds just because you decide you do not want to pay the customs or duties taxes. We paid for your merchandise, we paid for shipping and handling, and it took our time to process, package, and ship your order. If you don't want it, then you will not get a refund, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
Sometimes, our suppliers or we run out of stock of an item that may be extremely popular or on sale.
If the item(s) your ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. When you place your order, your credit card is only authorized, it is not charged until we determine if your order is in stock.
CREDIT CARD POLICY: We
only authorize your credit card when you place an order. We do not
charge your credit card until we determine that the item(s) you have
ordered are in stock. Your bank or credit card issuer places a "hold" on
the funds that have been authorized. Normally this shows on your bank
account as "pending". This means it's an authorization only and not a
charge. We have no way to remove a "hold", only your bank or credit card
issuer can do this for you. If the item is not in stock and you want
the "hold" removed, only you can contact your bank or credit card issuer
and ask them to remove the hold because the item you ordered is not in
stock. If we were able to do this for you, we would gladly do it, but we
have no way to do it. Each bank differs but the "hold" usually falls
off after a certain period of time if it is not charged. The time varies
depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We have no control of
